We are delighted to host another Indian Curries and Spices class in association with School Of Food in Thomastown. We will be detailing what spices compliment each other and how to cook them correctly. We will then put our new found knowledge to the test and cook up a variety of Indian dishes suitable for meat eaters and vegetarians.
